One day, while being bullied, she unwittingly generated a blinding light from her body that disoriented her tormentors. Soon after, she ran away and lived on the streets, using her powers to steal food and money to survive. As she practiced her powers, she gained more confidence and learned to control her abilities, avoiding incidents like those at the orphanage. She eventually came upon other humans with powers of their own and formed a small team called The Rejex. Although Clara has had virtually no education, she is extremely intelligent. Powers Light projection: Through mental control, Strobe can generate blinding light at will. She can generate it from her hands, her entire body or directly in the path of an enemy. Psychic strength: Using her enhanced mental capabilities she can control the strength of the light, making it vary in intensity. Her powers can cause disorientation and even blindness. Teleportation: Strobe wears an amulet that she can use to teleport a single person or a small group of people. Weaknesses: She needs to wear sunglasses because while she developed light projection powers, her eyes have developed an extreme sensitivity to light. Limitations: She can only teleport for short distances, so she can't do so from one state to another, but a quick teleport a block or two away is easily possible. Paraphernalia: Strobe wears a teleportation amulet around her neck which she can mentally activate. She believes it is of magic origin. |
